These are things that the planning committee have learned/done in our journey. We hope that they are useful to other libraries or organizations implementing their own Learning 2.0 program.
- June 27, 2007: Todd and Brad created a test podcast and created a primer including great screenshots that the rest of us are using.
- July 1, 2007: Cindi began a wiki page posting emails sent to library faculty and staff.
- July 1, 2007: Cindi created a wiki page linking to podcast transcripts for those who need/want them, but she can't take credit for this idea; it was someone else's.
- July 3, 2007: Cindi created a sandbox blog that all the members of the planning committee have been invited to. This will allow us to create test posts embedding content and other stuff that we're learning how to do.
- July 3, 2007: Cindi is working on an Access database to track progress. It will be too complicated in Excel.
Switched to Excel. Access 07, yikes.
July 5, 2007: Cindi added code so that stats can be tracked by Google Analytics.
